The project team has developed the survey below to identify the impacts of current truck traffic, mobility, and safety concerns in Southern Cook County. Please feel free to submit your responses and/or share the survey on social media.

The project team has also created an interactive map in order to provide a better visual understanding of the study area and heavily impacted areas,
We invite everyone to explore the study area which includes the current and proposed truck routes. You are also able to leave comments on any particular point of the map and share any additional feedback. Comments submitted will be visible to the project team and other users.
