It is critical to identify the values, needs, and priorities of the stakeholders who are the most involved in these communities. To best reach the stakeholders, the study will provide various opportunities to be involved in the process by learning about the study and sharing their input.
The Steering Committee consists of local agencies and organizations who will meet three times during the study to help develop the plans vision and goals, review and provide feedback on existing conditions, and communicate public involvement opportunities to the community.
There will be several opportunities for the community to learn about the study and to provide feedback. There will be two community workshops held during the study and surveys will be sent to the community as a way to provide feedback.
The first community workshop took place on Thursday, November 4, 2021. At the community workshop, the study team presented the project to the community and provide an opportunity the community to provide input. Were you not able to attend the workshop and want to provide feedback? You can see the presentation slides and answer the survey questions here.
